De multifunctionele balsem werkt helend bij kwalen als jeuk, waterpokken, berg, uitslag, droge huid, als luiercrème bij luieruitslag of rode billen en bij andere irritaties. Deze heilzame eigenschappen dankt de zalf aan de bestanddelen Propolis (heilzame werking), Sint-Janskruid ( houdt de huid soepel) en Calendula ( verzachtend)
